Our organisation has manufactured and installed 20 stalls for the stabling of horses on behalf of a horse club. Stabling for 20 horses, stables 3×3 in size. Total size of the stable is 30×10 meters. The width of the aisle between the rows of stalls is 3 meters.

The side partition is combined with a length of 3 metres. Filling with 40mm thick board to a height of 1,5 metres. Grate height 0.9m.
Boards are impregnated with a special antiseptic. Mounted with anchors into the floor, walls and supporting pillars of the building.

The project consists of 10 stall areas on each side with 3×3 m stalls and 4 outbuildings at the ends of the stables. Plus an aisle between stalls of at least 3 meters. Given the thickness of the walls, an extra 1 meter was added, which resulted in a stable width of 10 meters. The length of the stabling, taking into account the thickness of the walls, was 30 metres. Together with the outbuildings the length of the stable was 36 metres. Walls of the stables are made of cellular concrete and additionally covered with 15 mm thick Finnish laminated plywood.

Our constructions are easy to assemble and hard to break, even for stallions. They are reliable and robust in use. Every product has been designed so that, should a board break during hoofing, it can usually be replaced without any damage thanks to the use of 40 mm tongue and groove board.
