Description
The Stall with V-shaped door is used in stables with friendly horses that will not bite the neighbors.
Stable stabling for stable equipment.
The height of the structure is 2.3 meters.
Front construction all-welded frame. Swinging arch one-leaf gate. The door on welded hinges. The lock with a spring. The front of the stall is symmetric. Facade width 3 meters.
Side partition 3,5 m long. Filling with 40mm thick board to a height of 1.5 meters. Height of trumpet grid 0,8 m.
A window is provided in the front of the stall for feeding.
Corrosion protection – powder polymer sprayed in blue color.
Board impregnation – special antiseptic.
Installation of partitions is made with anchors in the floor, walls and between each other.
All our stables are made of high quality materials. Used profiles and their thicknesses: 50x50x2 square pipe, 40x40x2 square pipe, 50x40x3 channel pipe, 21.3×2.8 round pipe, 48×3 round pipe. Boards of coniferous wood (pine and spruce).
Our designs are easy to assemble and difficult to break even a powerful stallion. They are reliable and durable in operation. Each product has a thought out possibility of replacing a board in case it is broken by hoof impact, but as a rule this is excluded by using 40mm thick tongue and groove wall timber. The wooden part of the stall becomes a monolithic wooden board.
